Why Simplicity Is Harder Than Complexity
Simple is what remains after every unnecessary thing is gone.

Adding is easy. Every stakeholder has one more feature, one more message, one more button that feels important.
Editing is a design skill
The hardest decisions in a project are usually about what to leave out. Removing something requires confidence in what remains.
Simple is not the same as plain
Simplicity still needs character. A restrained layout can feel bold through scale, rhythm, and detail — without adding noise.
Less decoration. More intention.
When a design feels effortless, it is usually because someone did the hard work of removing everything else.
